Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at OLY Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually appealing content across various mediums. You will collaborate with our marketing and production teams to develop high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and meet our clients' needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Creation: Develop creative concepts and layouts for print and digital media, including brochures, packaging, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
  2. Brand Identity: Ensure consistency in design, upholding the company’s brand identity across all projects.
  3. Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand their design needs and provide mockups and revisions based on feedback.
  4. Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.
  5. Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW to create and finalize designs.
  6. Quality Assurance: Review and proof designs for errors before printing or publishing.
  7. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, especially in the printing and packaging industry.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials.
  3. Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital media designs.
  4. Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  5. Attention to Detail & Creativity: Excellent attention to detail and a creative problem-solving approach.
  6. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.


Working Conditions:

  1. Work Environment: Office-based, with potential off-site visits to clients or printing facilities for design consultations.
  2. Work Tools: Utilize advanced design software and OLY’s ERP system to manage design tasks and provide updates.
  3. Work Hours: Full-time, standard hours, with flexibility for additional hours during peak project periods.
