Job Summary:
OLY Technologies is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the management of stock levels, procurement processes, and storage operations. The Inventory Manager will ensure optimal stock availability, accuracy in inventory records, and efficient flow of goods across the company’s diverse service areas, including printing, packaging, marketing, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete items.
Stock Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
Procurement Coordination: Work closely with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and reorder stock accordingly.
Storage & Organization: Ensure proper organization and storage of goods to maximize space utilization and maintain inventory integrity.
System Management: Utilize ERP systems to track inventory movements, generate reports, and update stock records in real-time.
Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to minimize loss, damage, or theft of inventory.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely stock replenishment.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse management.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail for accurate forecasting and reporting.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Working Conditions:
Work Environment: Primarily warehouse or office-based with periodic travel to other company locations.
Work Hours: Full-time, standard office hours, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
