How to prepare your files for printing to ensure the best results.
📋 File Requirements
| Requirement | Specification |
|---|---|
| File Format | PDF (preferred), AI, PSD, INDD |
| Color Mode | CMYK (not RGB) |
| Resolution | Minimum 300 DPI |
| Bleed | 3mm on all sides |
| Fonts | Embedded or outlined |
| Image Quality | High-resolution, not compressed |
✅ Pre-Flight Checklist
Before sending your file:
- Colors are in CMYK mode
- Resolution is 300 DPI or higher
- Bleed is set to 3mm
- All fonts are embedded or converted to outlines
- No low-resolution images
- Trim marks are included
- File is exported as PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4

- File Sharing: For large files, we'll provide a shared folder link
- In Person: Bring files on a USB drive to our office
