📝 Creating a Ticket

  1. Log in to the portal at https://oly.et
  2. Go to Issues in the sidebar
  3. Click New Issue
  4. Fill in the details:
Field What to Enter
Subject Brief description of your issue
Description Detailed explanation
Priority Low, Medium, High, or Urgent
Attachments Screenshots or files (if helpful)
  1. Click Submit

📊 Ticket Statuses

Status Meaning
Open Received, waiting for assignment
Replied Our team has responded
Hold Waiting for more information from you
Resolved Issue has been fixed
Closed Issue confirmed resolved

⏰ Response Times

Priority First Response Resolution Target
Urgent 1 hour 4 hours
High 4 hours 24 hours
Medium 8 hours 48 hours
Low 24 hours 5 business days

💬 Following Up

  • Check your email for notifications about your ticket
  • Log in to the portal to see the latest status
  • Add comments to your ticket if you have additional information
