How to check the status of your orders and deliveries.
📋 Order Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Order is being prepared |
| To Deliver and Bill | Confirmed, awaiting fulfillment |
| To Deliver | Paid, awaiting delivery |
| To Bill | Delivered, awaiting invoice |
| Completed | Fully delivered and billed |
🔍 Checking Your Order
- Log in to the portal
- Click Orders in the sidebar
- Find your order by date or number
- Click to see full details including:
- Items ordered
- Delivery schedule
- Payment status
📞 Order Questions?
If you have questions about an order:
- Open the order in the portal
- Use the comment section at the bottom to ask
- Or raise a Support Issue referencing your order number
