How to read invoices, make payments, and download receipts.
📄 Invoice Sections
Your invoice contains:
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Header | Invoice number, date, and your details |
| Items | Products/services with quantities and prices |
| Taxes | VAT and other applicable taxes |
| Total | Grand total including all taxes |
| Payment Status | Paid, Unpaid, or Partially Paid |
💳 Making a Payment
Payment methods:
- Bank Transfer — Details on the invoice
- In Person — At our office with cash or check
- Mobile Payment — Contact us for mobile banking options
📥 Downloading Invoices
- Log in to the portal
- Go to Invoices
- Click on the invoice
- Click Print or Download PDF
❓ Invoice Disputes
If something looks wrong:
- Don't pay until the issue is resolved
- Contact your account manager
- Or raise a Support Issue with the invoice number
