🏠 Portal Overview
After logging in, you can access:
| Section | What You'll Find |
|---|---|
| Orders | Your sales orders and their status |
| Invoices | All invoices and payment status |
| Quotations | Price proposals from our team |
| Issues | Support tickets you've raised |
| Addresses | Your delivery and billing addresses |
📍 Navigation
Use the portal menu on the left sidebar to switch between sections.
Each section shows:
- A list of all your documents
- Status indicators (color-coded)
- Search and filter options
💡 Tips
- Click any document to see full details
- Use the search bar to find specific orders
- Download PDF versions of invoices and quotations
- Submit new issues directly from the portal
