Q: Can multiple people from my company have accounts? A: Yes! Each person gets their own login. Contact us to add users.
📦 Orders
Q: How do I check my order status? A: Log in to the portal and go to Orders. Each order shows its current status.
Q: Can I modify an order after placing it? A: Contact your account manager as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before production begins.
Q: How will I know when my order is ready? A: You'll receive an email notification when your order is shipped or ready for pickup.
💰 Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: Bank transfer, cash, and check. Contact us for mobile payment options.
Q: When is payment due? A: Standard terms are on the invoice. Printing jobs require 50% deposit upfront.
Q: How do I get a receipt? A: Payment receipts are available in the portal under Invoices.
